This is easy to make. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use *by H***D on 26 May 2021* We liked this base mix, very little ingredients to add and relatively easy to use as a paste, onto parchment paper and a pizza tray. You need to allow time for proving/ rise of around 30 minutes, however I found even in a warm place there was little change to the dough. The taste is a little more chemical than the ready made bases, but it's still a great store cupboard essential.
