It helped with the pain, but was very cumbersome. Every time I moved, I had to find and readjust it, and my sheets would come loose and get tangled. I thought I'd give this knee pillow a try instead, and I'm very happy I did! I keep the pillow loosely tied to one leg, which keeps it in place and prevents it from straying far. The size is perfect and it's super comfortable.
