11.7 x 16.5 is standart A3. 11" x 17" is so Length and 0,7" short.

We checked and verified that the Epson Ultra Premium Luster Paper is not totally acid-free. The base paper of the media is acid-free but the coating of the paper is not however buffered to prevent the formation of additional acids."
