As an example if I’m cutting a tomato sometimes I have to saw it back-and-forth to get a nice even cut. Overall, this does a good job on a variety of different vegetables and I’m happy with it. I particularly like the cleanup, which takes just minutes to rinse and wipe off when you’re done.

I’m really enjoying using this product. It does a good job and has easy cleanup. It’s not too complicated. I find it to be sharp but not super sharp.
