Review: Chef's knife, not a bone chopper. - I like this knife for every day use in the kitchen. As I get older and more experienced, I am drifting toward using smaller and lighter knives. This one is for slicing onions, squash, mushrooms, grilled chicken breasts, etc. It is a little small and light for the big bbq. It does not come with a sheath. I wrap it in a small towel before putting it away. It does its intended job well. No complaints.
