Review: Best you’ll find for small wood engravings - This is the best laser I’ve found for intricate engravings on wood. It’s portable, fast, and easy to use. The work area is less than a 4 inch square- but if you want to do small, detailed work on wood this is your best bet. This is my second x-tool. I was willing to spend 5x this price- but this suited my needs better. I use it for wood (1/8 inch) and cardboard. It works well with SVGs or black and white PNGs. I also really like x-tool’s software!

This is the best laser I’ve found for intricate engravings on wood. It’s portable, fast, and easy to use. The work area is less than a 4 inch square- but if you want to do small, detailed work on wood this is your best bet. This is my second x-tool. I was willing to spend 5x this price- but this suited my needs better. I use it for wood (1/8 inch) and cardboard. It works well with SVGs or black and white PNGs. I also really like x-tool’s software!

The F1 lite is so easy to setup and use, very beginner friendly. You will lose track of time just creating and engraving fun projects. Have about 3 hours of engraving time of the machine so far and zero issues, still aligned and calibrated, I do use it a lot. Really recommend as a beginner setup.
