Yes you can pump handsfree but it makes pumping very uncomfortable. Why? The slits for the flanges are not at the center of the cups of the bra (more located at the extreme outer sides of the cups), so breasts and nipples have to be at awkward angle, almost like 45 degrees slanted outwards to make bra functional. This means pumping is even more unpleasant and can be painful since flanges cannot be centered. The photos with the flanges are misleading since they look like the pump flanges are centered in the breasts. Very disappointed in this purchase. This bra's design flaw makes it a dud for larger sized breasts. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love it! *by L***E on Reviewed in the United States on November 30, 2018* I wasn’t really expectinf much from a pumping bra to be honest. I was originally holding the flanges while I pumped and hated it. Gave in and bought this bra and I’m so glad that I did! It’s comfortable and it fits me. I’m plus size so I don’t wear this bra long term, just to pump. To me it’s not comfortable to use all day. It does look funny if you wear it all day. But it doesn’t matter because to me it works for what it’s for. It’s only to pump and I can do other things now besides hold flanges. I can be on my phone or even feeding my son his bottle. I liked it so much that I bought another one in black. Overall I would buy again and I did! It’s comodrtable, cute and lets you be hands free while you pump. It’s also soft and easy to adjust to your chest size. It really does make it easier to pump. One thing I really dislike is that if you unhook to breastfeed the strap on the back doesn't stay put so then I'm trying to reach around and find it and hook it back up without it being all twisted.
