I’m not sure what happened or if the recipe changed. The recent one I got was packaged in the new blue canister which was my first time not having it in the gray canister. By mid-afternoon I would start to have terrible belly cramps and gas. I couldn’t figure out what was going on. I stared to remove the protein from my morning routine and the problem went away. I added it back in after a few weeks and it happened again. I have tried multiple times and every time I get belly aches and gas.
