Though one thing in common they have ifs their application which is roughly about the same and in my experience for best application is: 1- have well cleaned hands and fingers with no natural skin oil. So wash your hands thoroughly with hot water and soap. 2- Mouth wash, then rince, and rince again and try keeping your mouth well moist but never overflowing with fluids 3- Make a rough small ball of dentemp, place the dentemp onto the cavity 4- press hard with a finger, then adjust sides if too much go out of tooth shape, then press again,until your are satisfied with visual application 5- Lightly and shortly bite the application Too much pressure and the dentemp is likely to jump out. Not enough pressure and the dentemps will NOT form as it should for best biting experience once dried. Also not enough pressure and dentemps cannot fill in well in crevices and such! 6- Do NOT eat anything for next 3~4 hours. In my experience I would also say, try not to drink hot beverages for next hour or so, though cold water seems to be ok 30 minutes after. Take a tooth brush an lightly scrub it off if you put new stuff on an some got on tooth an it dries. . I usually wet the area an take a toothpick an work it off. My crown came out . So I put some of the putty onto the top smooth it out so it covers the whole top layer an insert use the white stick to bite down to hold it in place for an hour what ever oozes out an hardens on gums usually knacks from moving the mouth an falls out **Q: wil this product work on a chipp in the front tooth** A: I doubt it, it was. It a good product for me. I wanted to fill in a filling that came out, did not work so for the front tooth, based on that would say, NO **Q: How do you remove it** A: You don’t!
