Aside from keeping your drinks from ruining your tables, there are two very cool things these work very well on. 1. I have a small desktop fan and it chatters about because it's a cheap small high RPM desktop fan. I put one of these little bad boys underneath it and no chattering sound whatsoever the vibrations are gone. 2. I have a lot of cords in my life so sometimes I can yank something off a table because I pulled it by accident or got tripped up in a cord.
