I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability, but being all vinyl and constructed with stainless steel screws, this Pergola should last a long time. + Delivered on schedule. Well packaged and no missing or damaged parts. I appreciate the inclusion of extra quantities of screws. I've had my share of dropped and lost screws. Since I don't keep stainless steel screws in my inventory, I avoided an extra trip to the hardware store for replacements. + I installed the Pergola in about 8 hours over a two day period. It was mostly a one-man job. I had about one hour of help from my son installing the major cross members to the posts. Probably half the time was spent measuring, spacing out, and leveling the inner 4x4 posts. Pay close attention to the spacing dimensions of the posts. With the posts set, it went up very easily. +/- I purchased the bolt down bracket kit that worked well for my installation since it is installed on an elevated deck. Because the corner posts are not cemented in place, my installation lacks some of the rigidity you get with cemented posts. But it's very secure and not going anywhere. - I just wish New England Arbors had a shade canopy designed for this specific Pergola. I ordered one from another supplier that I think will work well with this unit.
