Not very much mutritional value. Slightly filling. Tastes pretty good. Sodium level is through the roof. I honestly have no idea why there's 50% of the daily recommended intake of salt in one little cup of noodles. It's just unnecessary. So I just don't drink the broth. I pour it down the drain after eating the noodles, which tbh are fairly tasty. But that much salt will kill you. I also know that Nissin makes a version of this in Japan with much less sodium. Why they don't offer the product on Amazon is beyond me.
