My order was shipped without refrigeration or ice packs, which ruined the product. Just not feasible to get a viable product without refrigeration. The manufacturer includes a temperature sensor with the order to indicate if it gets exposed to high heat (mine was).

Great product, which I highly recommend, but produced in the USA and refrigeration required. My order was shipped without refrigeration or ice packs, which ruined the product.
