**Q: is this sweet?**
A: This Zakuson Mother-in-Law Mustard is famed for its intense heat.  There might be a modicum of sweetness in there, but it's almost completely buried under the scorch, salt, and acid flavors.

**Q: Does it contain gluten?**
A: The label says it contains mustard powder, water, distilled white vinegar, sugar, salt, cornstarch, citric acid, oil of mustard, caramel coloring.

**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: First off, this is a mustard for "serious connoisseurs" of quality strong mustard.  Ingredients noted on the label" water, mustard flower, soya oil, white sugar, salt , citric acid, caramel colour, flavour.

**Q: Can anyone tell me if this brand includes sugar and honey for a touch of sweet to the spice?**
A: As I differ from the other responses, this is one of the better mustards I've tried !!!If you would like it with a touch of sweetness just add...no biggie !!!! I did this with a ham adding maple syrup and sweet cherries....It was marvelous !!!I found this mustard through the travel channel (Andrew Zimmren) I'd give it a shot !!!
