I used it previously, then switched to something more local before going back. It’s consistent, I don’t notice as many air bubbles as I do with something others, it’s tasty and structurally sound. My sole complaint - I’ve had to start sifting before using. I do a lot of detail work and my piping bags would frequently plug up. I started sifting the meringue powder when making royal icing, and I’m left with some larger pieces that seemed to be clogging. I’ve not had issues since.
