**Q: Please i need a medium grind semolin to make basbousa, so is this one consider medium grind? and if not which brand should i use for making basbousa??**
A: This will work for basbousa,I have done it. I also have used ZIAD brand semolina.You are looking for a product called number 2 semolina,but Caputo works well!

**Q: Wheat flour only ingredient**
A: Yes. Wheat is the only ingredient. The flour is 100% durum flour ground fine often referred to as double 00 flour. I use it to make egg and non- egg pasta. If you visit Breadtopia, there are directions to use this flour to make excellent Sicilian bread

**Q: What is the expiration date if purchased in Jan 2021? I don't want to invest in 6 pack if it will soon expire.**
A: Normally two years. the expiration date is indicated on the reverse of the packet.
If the packets are kept unopened and dry, it should be good for at least one year.
