It showed up we had to hold on to it until he was done school. When he opened it it all looked so good. Until he went to work tighten the strings to play it. The keys won't tighten on it and it un Ravel's over and over again. Because it won't tighten you can't get any sound out of it. Went to return it as a defective item it says they won't do returns or defective warranty after 30 days. Wrote the company an email about it a week ago and no response. I would highly suggest looking else where before you waste you money on this product. Will never buy from this brand again.
