Take them for a snack, for breakfast, whenever you are hungry. I do not use milk in my cereal so these work great for me whenever we go out for an extended stay. The crunchiness is wonderful and I feel it is better for my health than other snacks. I like the sugar content because it serves as both a snack and a meal for me. It satisfies my sugar needs.
