A: 10/19 is the date on the tub but we brought these in 2017

**Q: Pellet size what size are the medium pellets**
A: I have always bought the small pellets because I have fishes of different sizes from comets to koi. Ranging in sizes of 4 inches to 12 inches. I suppose if you have very large fish, then you can feed them the medium size pellets.
