## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this a brand name master lock?  there is no "registered trademark" symbol next to master like all real master products have.**
A: I don't know it was junk !

**Q: How does the holder work? Easy to turn the code rings to open/close?**
A: I've found the rings have just the right amount of resistance - easy to turn but not so easy that turning one also turns the one next to it.

**Q: Is there a model with a longer length available?**
A: Not sure but if you select the lock and cable it might be what you need!

**Q: How does baracket work**
A: I use my lock on an elliptigo. That lets me carry it on my elliptigo when I am not locked up
