Review: Product worked as I expected and would purchase it again if needed. - I used this to patch an area approximately 4” x 4” on the garage floor. I put down one coat of this paint and let it dry over night. I then applied a second coat and then added the chips directly onto the wet paint. After it dried it matched really good and no one could notice where I patched it. Since this was such a small patch job I had a lot of paint left over but that was fine since it was a good and economical option.

3 in one makes it easy to apply. The surface looks very nice after totally dry. It has good coverage but not expected enough for a whole garage. I used it to seal my front porch grey stone tile, the coating filled the gaps very well and less slippery on the surface. It claims UV resistance, will see how it goes after sun light exposure.

It went on well and covered good, but it is like flat wall paint. I had to go over all of it with another product to give it a gloss shine. Now it will be easy to clean and I feel it will be very durable tho. I put 2 coats on it and still think it was a value for the money and it water base so it was easy to clean up tools. I used a water based clear gloss to give it a shine.
