I used GoodBug Metabolic Lean consistently for 3 months, hoping it would help with weight loss, but it honestly didn’t deliver on its main promise. I followed the recommended usage and maintained a decent routine during this time, but there was absolutely no noticeable weight loss. Not even a slight change. For a product that’s marketed around metabolism and fat reduction, this was really disappointing. The only positive I noticed was a slight improvement in digestion. I felt a bit less bloated and my stomach felt more settled, but the effect was very mild and definitely not worth the price or the long usage. After using it for 3 months, I can confidently say it doesn’t work for weight loss. It might help a little with gut health, but that’s about it.
