I was going to get a 3/4” one. Does anyone have one they prefer? I see some say they had issues.** A: If is a standard down rod no the thickness doesn't matter I have 24 in on and works great don't forget to slide the switch to downward position as the fan is reversible **Q: will it work in 240v ?, in UK** A: No **Q: What light kit works with this?** A: They offer this fan with the light kit. I bought the one without the light kit and went through months to get it to work. I finally was able to get the light kit through Honeywell but then it did not have a pull chain so then I had to wire in a remote one. It was a real pain. **Q: I have purchased several universal downrods for this fan and I am not having any luck. Has anyone found a down rod that is compatible with this fan?** A: I replaced an old fan and had the same problem with the holes of the existing 32-inch down rod not matching the new fan housing.
