Aspergillus niger fungus or Black mold efficiently converts sugars into citric acid. It is how 99% of manufactured citric acid is produced. So if you are very sensitive and highly allergic then I would use your own citric acid from say the lemon rather than the other bottle. Just try to dilute it. Anyway, Theres two known ways to know whether the two solutions really give you what your end goal is ; when mixed together in equal volume it should give you that “chlorine-like” smell that makes some people want to gag, and its color should quickly turn into a deep dark golden yellow “amber” appearance. That’s exactly what this combo item successfully did for me and it gave amazing results, health-wise. Please do further research on chlorine -dioxide keeping in mind that this IS NOT the same “chlorine” from Clorox /bleach. Please be thorough on your research as well before jumping on the “ ITS BLEACH “ bandwagon.
