糖質ではなくなるべく白砂糖などの糖類を制限しています。もともと病的に見えるようなガリなのですが、こちらを食べるようになってから程よく太りました。こちらは商品説明に表記されていませんが、オリゴ糖も使用されています。ガスが出やすくなり、お腹がいつもゴロゴロ鳴っていますが、今はこの商品に代わるステビアチョコがないためずっとリピートしています。味はとても美味しいです。緑のライスクリスプの方はフェレロのロシェに似ていて激ウマです。
