**Q: Is it is suppose to tingle? Like plumping glosses. Mine felt minty almost, and my lips are red/purple after wiping it off?**
A: Absolutely not, and it shouldn’t .   It has no ingredient that is intended to create any sensation like tingling.   And if your lips turn purple from using, I would discontinue using it.  You may have allergy to one of the ingredients.

It's just a lip-gloss. I like the color, berry see-through, tastes good but not long lasting if you have a habit of licking your lips constantly. Greasy stains on cups, easily wipes off. I didn't notice puffing effect but then I forget to add it during the day.
