Yes, it's aggressive probiotic but it's doing the job well. I thought the inulin was the problem because I am sensitive to baker's yeast and I thought the yeast maybe feeds of this inulin. Baker's yeast is fine, my sensitivity to it comes from reaction between baker's yeast and obviously something in my gut, probably pathogenic yeast. I had a lot of bloating, gas and skin rashes but I found a way to deliver this safely. Butter. Butter is high in butyrate which feeds good bacteria. So, I open the capsule, sprinkle some of the powder into the butter and swallow it. And its helping. The L. Plantarum is aggressive probiotic, so I do expect some die off. I am taking small amounts, but I am increasing the dose every week.
