However Flex Seal Liquid is. We have never tested it for this use. I'm not sure it will take away the odor since there will still be a hole in the cat box for the odor and cat to escape. **Q: I am trying to seal a water fountain. but i want it to be blue. can i use the flex seal liquid first and then spray the blue flex seal for color?** A: I did not use the flex seal liquid, but I did use the blue flex seal on an inside pond, and it has held up very well **Q: How many cans do I need to paint a canoe?** A: Not sure exactly but a can doesn't cover a large area depending on how thick you need to apply it.
