Review: New Zealand milk is particularly wonderful and delicious - A long time ago I worked with people from New Zealand and they let me try some milk they brought back after a trip. I thought it was very odd until I tasted it. This milk is absolutely glorious. The cows in New Zealand only feed on grass and the grass there must be really special. The milk is so incredibly rich and full of flavor I would call it the beluga caviar of milk. The Jamon Pata Negra of Milk. This isn't just milk. It is a spiritual experience. I feel an incredible burst of really positive energy after I drink some. I use it to make all kinds of things that benefit from some milk powder and sometimes I just mix a glass of it with some cold water. It mixes so incredibly perfectly - that's another thing. It just dissolves into perfectly blended liquid in a few stirs and the thing is - I'm doing that with the coldest ice water I can possibly make just because I like it cold. Normally powder doesn't mix with very cold water. This just dissolves and then it is milk, no powder or grittiness of any kind. This is a gourmet/foodie product if you really have discriminating taste buds. I can't say enough good things about it.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Have any of you used this product for making homemade cheese and if so, what were your results?**
A: No, I haven't made cheese with it.  However, if cheese can be made with powdered milk, then cheese made with Anchor Full Cream milk powder will be substantially better than cheese made with products available in American stores.  Anchor milk is just richer and oddly fresher tasting than locally available brands.  Ask the Chinese; they buy Anchor brand milk, not the sometimes poisonous stuff produced in their country.

**Q: what is the shelf life?**
A: I just rec'd my can, Nov 13, 2020 - Printed on the bottom of the can:  Production Date:  04/11/2019, Best Before: 02/11/2021 - So my just rec'd can was produced 1yr and 7mos ago; and the best before is only 3 mos. away!!!!  So shelf life is only 1yr 10mos and the can I rec'd is already 1yr 7mos old.  Seems like seller is unloading nearly expired powdered milk - good business, I wonder if mine came via China?? I'd say yes!!!

A: Expiration dates vary based on the production date of the batch, and are usually within 2 years from the production date.  Our current batch is at April, 2022.
