I use double-side printed circuit board on electronic projects, and I use this burr to create round spaces of no copper, (spot faces), on the component side where the lead holes are located. This allows the component side of the board to remain a ground plain, or shield, while allowing the leads to pass through the holes, and insulating them from that sides foil.
