**Q: broken. Glass all over.  Cut myself.  What are you going to do about this mess?**
A: I recieved this today 2/19/21 and the bottom of jar was broken and honey was every where. The package on the outside did NOT have a label that read FRAGILE so it would be handled better. What do I about getting a new jar not broken dellivered to me>

**Q: I have bought several jars at Costco but they are impossible to open.  Any suggestions? Tempted to crack the jar.**
A: Bought mine at Costco also.  When jars are hard to open for the first time, I use a pot holder (to protect my hand) on the bottom of the jar and hit it a couple of times......this usually breaks the suction and readily opens..........good luck
