**Q: The description says that there are 20 tea bags/box and it is a pack of 6 (boxes?) - are we really talking about 120 teabags for $15?**
A: Yep.  120 tea bags in all.  I drink it iced and use 2 bag per 12 oz tumblers.

**Q: Original description states "pack of 6". No where in this description does it say that.  I want to confirm this is a 6 pack.**
A: Yes, you get 6 boxes, 20 tea bags per box.

**Q: How long do you personally brew this for? Do you leave the bag in your cup?**
A: Brew time depends on CUP SIZE. 
Small 8oz teacup:  3 mins and you can definitely re-use the tea bag for a second cup - longer brew second time around.
Medium 10 oz coffee mug: 5-6 mins
Large 12 oz mug:  10 mins  (This is what I do.  Bengal spice has no black tea in it so no danger of becoming bitter.  It just gets really strong if you leave it a long time.
