Potassium. - I have a very strict diet that makes it difficult for me to get enough potassium. In the summer, when I am sweating minerals out in the heat, dietary potassium is often not enough. I found that a couple doses of Elete Tablytes solved the problem on days that I perspired a lot. I preferred the Tablytes to the Add-In, because pills don’t require me to drink an excessive amount of water. But Elete moved its facility last year, and tablet production has been suspended. Elete has said that Tablytes will go back into production at some point, but I needed to find a substitute in the meantime.
