Comfortable and nice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Simple Design *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 11, 2015* When it's in use, the measurements are about 20"x14"x9", so it would still meet most carry-on requirements by the airlines (except maybe United - they made some recent changes), which is something I always keep in mind when it comes to my backpacks. It's a decent size, without being too bulky, and the cushioning of the laptop compartment is excellent. The secondary compartment has a nice organizational section, but the side pockets are just pockets that stuff could easily fall out of. It's a quality backpack for light travelers and/or biking with, etc.However, I didn't give it five stars because it pales in comparison to the backpack that I am currently using. It's a single pocket laptop compartment, and the secondary compartment with the organizer can't hold very much as far as files and/or books (nothing too thick)...it just can't hold as much as most other backpacks that I've owned.
