**Q: does this item include the wiring harness for installation?**
A: Yes

**Q: It does not fit my truck, but I am trying to find out if it will provide even less fuel than a standard pump when a cool air intake mixes better?**
A: This has nothing to do with cold air intakes.  If your current fuel setup flows more than what this fuel pump provides, you need a higher flowing fuel pump or think about a dual fuel pump setup.

A: I believe the 1200 is designed for E85 fuel.

The pump was a little larger than the support bracket. I had to do some modifications to the support bracket because it was not a direct fit it did not fit exactly. Other than that The fuel pump work great!
