There is a small gap on the case for the AirPods to charge, that gap is not in the right position so charging is annoying and the case needs to bend for it to charge. Also the sleep mode does work, my AirPods will turn “off” and hold a charge for a while when not used. But many times my AirPods won’t leave sleep mode. I need to charge it for it to turn on, and it’s not a battery issue because when I plug it in it’ll have a charge.
