**Q: is it floride free too? it says florine free. Sodium floride is what is added to the water generally?**
A: "sourced from a municipal water source, Los Angeles, CA."   They do not provide HOW they remove the fluoride added from the treated public water source.

**Q: What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?**
A: There are no benefits to using this product because if you test the alkalinity of this water, you will find it is nor alkaline at all.

**Q: Isn't alkaline water just another fad with no real benefit?**
A: My gastroenterologist recommended alkaline water several years ago and I’ve never gone back!
First let me say I hated plain water I never drank my water plain, until alkaline water omg it’s amazing and this water is the best and I have tried many over the years!!!

**Q: Does anyone else think this tastes like plastic???  worst tasting ph water i've ever had, waste of money**
A: I use this exact water, and it taste good! No plastic taste at all. Maybe a 9.5 alkaline water is not for your taste. Also if I'm correct this water bottle is BPA free.
