I work at a school and can wear these all day without them hurting at all. In fact, they actually feel GOOD on my feet all day long. I can even run down the hallway in them comfortably. They’re true to size as well. The foot bed is a bit hard even with the slight padding. I wouldn’t walk all day in them- but they are comfortable and accurate fit otherwise. I’m an 8-81/2 and 8 1/2 was just right. The leather color is a good in between tan/brown.
