## Description

MoiiLavin Soft Air Mesh Muzzle for Small Dogs IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS, READ AND FOLLOW ALL WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT. INJURY CAN RESULT FROM IMPROPER USE. ATTENTION: MUZZLES CAN NOT STOP BARKING! Dogs need to keep their tongues out to cool down their body temperature in daily life. If you want to use a muzzle to stop barking, you need to shut the dog’s mouth tightly by the muzzle, which makes your dog unable to cool down, or even be suffocated with the mouth closed. So the muzzle is not used to stop barking. IMPORTANT: NEVER USE A MUSSEL AS A FORM OF PUNISHMENT! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR MUZZLED POOCH UNATTENDED! Muzzles are useful for preventing bites and keeping everyone safe. However, they’re only meant to be used for short periods of time when your dog is being supervised, and when there’s a genuine risk of bites or aggressive behavior. Muzzles shouldn’t be used to punish dogs or teach them a lesson. They also shouldn’t be relied on for other behavioral problems, like chewing, barking, or eating non-food items. While a muzzle can temporarily stop these things, it’s much better to work with your dog and train him to fix the root cause of the problem. MoiiLavin Dog muzzle Short-sharp Series are designed to safely and effectively control the behavior of dogs while you are planning to improve a dog’s social skills or trying to manage aggressive tendencies. In particular, the soft muzzle protects the dog in the case of high stress or injury. High-quality air mesh and adjustable straps, the light weight and soft padded liner ensure the maximum comfort for your puppy. Reflective strap and liner with unique color create better identification for your doggie. With our muzzle on the dog, you can turn even a scary situation into a less stressful (and maybe even pleasant) positive, successful learning experience while giving them the most freedom and comfort. MoiiLavin soft air mesh muzzle is beneficial for the following reasons: 1. Prevent Biting For aggressive dogs or dogs with a history of biting, our soft mouth guard can be an effective tool for safety. Even if your puppy doesn’t have a biting history, muzzles can also provide peace of mind for yourself and others, especially when your dog tends to lunge or bark aggressively at others. 2. Vet Or Groomer Visits Some dogs may feel threatened during certain grooming, veterinary procedures, medical exams, bathing, nail clipping, our breathable soft air mesh muzzle can be a helpful way to ensure everyone’s safety. 3. An excellent way to prevent your dog from licking and aggravating a wound 4. For socializing, wearing in public places, transportation Many transport companies require a dog to be muzzled while transportation. 5. Manage Ongoing Behavioral Problems Excessive barking and chewing are best managed through consistent behavior modification muzzle training. Due to separation anxiety although attention-seeking, boredom, territoriality, and alarm sounding can all be valid reasons for barking. Our muzzles are designed for temporary use to relieve anxiety. 6. Breed-Specific Legislation In certain states, it may require some breeds to be leashed and/or muzzled if they’re not on private property. This typically applies to so-called “aggressive breeds” like pit bulls or Rottweilers. Why choosing MoiiLavin Mesh Muzzles 1. Multiple Size Options MoiiLavin mesh muzzle for dogs is available in 6 sizes. The dog muzzle for small dogs is perfect for small breeds like Chihuahua, Yorkshire, Toy poodle, Teddy, Dachshund, Corgi, Beagle, Cavapoo, but not recommended for short-snouted breeds like Shih Tzu, Pit Bull, Boxer, etc. 2. Safe Guard for Dogs This puppy muzzle is a helpful way to limit dogs’ biting, chewing, fierce barking, nipping, and other bad habits. This dog muzzle for barking is ideal for Training Vet visits, Grooming, Walking, Traveling, Nail Trimming, Meeting strangers when your pet feels anxious or afraid. The soft dog muzzle is a secure and comfortable temporary muzzling solution for your pet. You can leave proper space for your dog’s snout to breathe, gasp, pant, and drink when your dog is wearing this dog mouth guard. 3. Easy-adjusting Dog Mouth Cover The strap connecting to the neck helps to keep the muzzle for dogs securely in place, ensuring the no bark muzzle is snug and anti-slipped. And the hook and loop design can be adjusted to the most appropriate size depending on the shape of your dog’s snout. 4. Ultra-breathable Mesh Muzzle Made of premium mesh, our mesh dog muzzle is soft but still resistant and long-lasting. This comfortable cloth dog muzzle is lightweight and easy to carry. The cloth straps and the breathable fabric can reduce the burden on your dog, which is more acceptable to your dog. The newly upgraded ultra-breathable mesh design allows your dogs to breathe freely. Extra soft padding can protect the front of your dog’s nose from rubbing and is more skin-friendly. 5. Reflective Strap Design Made of reflective material and durable buckle, this small dog muzzle ensures safety at dark night. 6. Easy to Use & Carry The easy snap-on buckle makes the mussels for dogs easier to put on/ take off. If in a proper fit, this muzzle for medium sized dogs is hard to remove by dogs. In addition, the mesh muzzle is very lightweight and highly packable. It can be folded and stored in a pocket easily. How To Use This Muzzle We recommend you take some time to help your dog get used to the long snout muzzle patiently by giving treats through the loop when fastening it. This will provide positive reinforcement. Step 1. Let your dog sniff the muzzle and give him/her treats. Repeat this step several times. Step 2. After your dog is interested in the muzzle, put on the muzzle and adjust the velcro to find the best match. Step 3. Loose the webbing first, put on the muzzle, adjust the webbing to a proper tight(Place 1 finger) and fit situation. Step 4. Once your dog wears the muzzle, give him/her treats. If you have no time to spend managing your hierarchical relationships with your dog, try to represent a dog muzzle as a sign of a walk for it. And then it will raise positive emotions as well， then your dog will be eager to wear a muzzle. So, if you want to train your dog to wear a dog muzzle happily, go out with a dog only with a muzzle on and never without one. First, take a muzzle on and go fast out and then at once take it off. Then gradually prolong the time of muzzle wearing and several times while a walk takes it on and off. If your dog tries to rub a muzzle off too active, and frightening intonation and pulling of leash demanding alternate actions ("With me!", "Sit!", "Lay down!") do not work, take a muzzle off and give a scolding to your dog. You may slightly slap him/her, then take a muzzle on again and at once change your anger to favor, and praise the dog with a glad voice. Or meet a dog halfway, take a muzzle off and at the same moment go back home or to an entrance. Stay there for 3-4 minutes, tell the favorite dog order "Walk!", put a muzzle on your dog and go out to walk. How Long Can A Dog Wear A Muzzle? It’s best to only muzzle your dog for 10-15 minutes at most, otherwise it might carry the risk of overheating. Note that certain dog breeds with shorter snouts can overheat more quickly, so they should be muzzled for less time if possible. How to clean the Soft Muzzle MoiiLavin dog muzzle short sharp series are machine-washable. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can a dog muzzle prevent barking?**
A: Dogs can not stop barking immediately by wearing muzzles. Shutting the dog’s mouth tightly with a muzzle might make your dog suffocate. You need patient guidance and training to fundamentally train your dog to stop barking.

**Q: Is this muzzle suitable for short-snouted dogs?**
A: Yes, this puppy muzzle is designed for shorter snouted and tiny snouted dogs such as Shih Tzu, Chihuahua, Yorkie, Pomeranian, Poodle. But this dog mouth guard may not fit for very short-snouted dogs, such as Bulldogs, Pug, Chow, Boxer, etc.

**Q: Can the muzzle be worn for a long time?**
A: It is not recommended to wear the muzzle for more than 15 mins, dog breeds with shorter snouts overheat more quickly. The muzzle is only meant to be used for short periods of time when your dog is being supervised.

**Q: Why does my dog always try to take off the muzzle?**
A: It is normal that most dogs resist wearing muzzles. Please do the necessary training when putting on the muzzle for your dog for the first time. Dogs try to take off the dog mask sometimes when the selected size is incorrect for your doggie.

**Q: Does it restrict the dog's ability to pant or drink?**
A: It does not restrict the dog's ability to pant or drink. The soft mesh muzzle is designed to allow breathing and drinking while preventing biting and chewing.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable and Secure for My Papillon!
*by T***S on 27 April 2025*

I recently bought the Soft Mesh Dog Muzzle for my small Papillon, and it has been a fantastic addition to our travels! The XS size fits him perfectly, and the adjustable straps ensure a snug, secure fit without causing any discomfort. I love how breathable and lightweight the mesh material is—it keeps him cool and comfortable, even when we’re on the go for long trips. This muzzle has been great for helping to reduce barking and prevent any unwanted behavior while in new or stressful environments, like during grooming or at the vet. It’s also surprisingly gentle on his short snout, and I feel confident that it won't restrict his breathing. Plus, the stylish silver-blue color adds a nice touch! Whether we're on a road trip or a quick visit to the groomer, this muzzle gives me peace of mind knowing my Papillon is comfortable, safe, and secure. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling with a small dog, especially if you're looking for something breathable and non-restrictive!
