From the first shot, I felt a clean, steady energy that didn’t spike or crash. It’s like flipping on a mental light switch — my thoughts get sharper, my mood stays level, and I can push through long study or workout sessions without feeling jittery or drained. What really sets it apart is how natural the energy feels. It’s not a buzz — it’s clarity. I can do deep work for hours, my workouts feel smoother, and even recovery seems faster. The taste is strong at first, but honestly, that “metabolic kick” is part of the ritual now — it reminds me I’m fueling my brain, not just chasing caffeine. If you care about mental performance, clean energy, or metabolic health, Ketone-IQ is worth every drop. I use it before early mornings, big exams, long gym sessions, and even during fasting — and the difference is night and day.Thank you, Ketone-IQ team, for creating something that actually works and lives up to the science. This isn’t just another supplement — it’s brain fuel, redefined. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ketone-IQ works great! *by on Reviewed in the United States March 6, 2023* My friends started taking Ketone-iq to help with motocross, mtb, and general alertness after seeing some pro athletes take it, and I'll admit I was skeptical.I got the larger bottle to give it a try, and I'll admit I saw a noticeable improvement in every instance. In the morning it helped me feel more awake and sharp until lunch and as a teacher this was so helpful. When I take it before hockey or motocross I notice that during the game/ activity I just feel like I can go longer without feeling fatigued. For motocross I feel like my arm pump is also reduced which helps me ride longer.I wouldn't say it replaces taking a shot of espresso or an energy drink, I still have one before I workout or play hockey, but it gives you a noticeable boost in endurance, energy and it just makes me feel better. As someone who just plays hockey and rides motos/ mtbs for fun, feeling better and enjoying myself more is huge, and Ketone-IQ does that. The only con is that it does not taste amazing, but I just take a drink of water after and it is fine. I much prefer the strong taste to them adding sugar and other unnecessary stuff to it to make it taste better. I love the shots because they are easy to throw in my hockey bag or take with me to the track.I would recommend anyone who wants a boost in performance and wants to do it in a healthy way try out Ketone-IQ. You can't understand the benefits and the feel without testing it out yourself! ## Frequently Bought Together - Ketone-IQ No Caffeine Exogenous Ketones Energy Shots - 24 Pack of Caffeine Free Energy Drinks with 10g Bioidentical Ketones - Sugar Free, Salt Free, and All Natural (4x6 ct) - LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Watermelon Salt | Drink Mix | 30-Count - Ketone-IQ Exogenous Ketone Energy Shots with Caffeine - 24 Pack of Green Tea Caffeine Shots with 5g Bioidentical Ketones and B Vitamins - Fast Acting, On the Go Clean Energy Drink (Peach) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/725681096-ketone-iq-caffeine-free-ketone-shot-focus-original-pack-24](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/725681096-ketone-iq-caffeine-free-ketone-shot-focus-original-pack-24) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
