It is very comfortable & I had longest uninterrupted sleep so far. Only down side is the closeness of the silicone to skin between nose & lips when you are hot. The cushion that has the openings that go into each nostril sits raised above so not touching the skin as much so you dont get sweaty if warm. I would however highly recommend this style. I start night with the other cushion & when inevitably wake up swap to this one as is a breeze to get comfy with this model.
