Thanks!** A: Yes it was cold packed, but the issue was that it sat in a UPS delivery truck all day. Even the cold packs were warm by the time it was delivered at 8pm. **Q: Can I order mulitple baskets or am I restricted to 2 baskets?** A: I ordered this item in two separate orders on 12/13. I was not allowed to order any more. I tried again on 12/14. I still am not allowed to purchase this item. An order is an order. You would think the seller would want sell product! Since I still have orders to make I'm going to be sure to NOT use this vendor again. **Q: I ordered this for a birthday present why is it gonna be 4 days late?** A: Sometimes delays happen with delivery. If ypu order something online you typically wanna order at least a week in advance. If your order said it would arrive by a certain day that was before the birthday. I would contact the seller and make them aware of the situation. Maybe they can work something out for you ! **Q: Why are their different prices?Are they all not the same?** A: I noticed that too. It was way above my expectations, (apparently I have been disappointed a lot lately with my purchases). There were two chocolate covered pretzel packs, two Carmel popcorn packs, some chocolate squares, chocolate covered almonds, peanut brittle, and chocolate covered graham crackers. It came nicely packaged in a wicker basket, plastic covered, and with a ribbon. It was inside a very sturdy cardboard box. Nothing broken, cracked or damaged. It was an anniversary present for my husband that he loved. I got to share some too since there was plenty for two.
