## Description

Robot Vacuum and Mop

Review: Perfect 1st day use - Much better than Xiaomi x20 Thanks for the seller.
Review: Not What It Was Supposed To Be - I bought this as a used but like new X50 Ultra unit but when set up it did not perform as it should. I sent the unit's actual serial number to Dreame. They confirmed that although it came in an Ultra 50x box, it is actually an L40s Ultra. (See Below) Thank you for letting us know. We understand your concern regarding the device model and the leg extension issue. Based on the Product SN you provided, we have confirmed that the device model is L40s Ultra. Somebody apparently swapped units somewhere along the line, returned an inferior unit, and desertcart didn't catch it when it was returned. When I set it up and the vacuum did not operate with all the features that model should have had, on inspection I found that the serial numbers on the factory box and on the unit itself were different I'm shipping it back for a refund and I'm very disappointed! I hope desertcart at least follows up and does something about this with whomever perpetrated this fraud! Even though I'm getting a refund I still have to repack the unit and I've lost the better part of a day trying to get it to work, corresponding with Dreame and desertcart and i still don't have a working robot vacuum/ mop! BTW, Dreame live customer service is apparently just a call center. When I first tried to troubleshoot by calling them, when I finally got through, the person I spoke with knew less about the unit than I did. They were actually reading the instructions to familiarize themselves with its operation and were generally impolite. After five minutes of nothing, I ended up telling them that they had no idea what they were talking about, that they were wasting my time and hung up.

## Features

- Cross Thresholds and Barriers: X50 Ultra utilizes robotic retractable legs to conquer door tracks, thresholds, and obstacles up to 2.36 in. It uses shocker absorbers and other innovations to minimize impact and noise to delivery a quieter cleaning experience.
- Easily Clean Under Sofas and More: VersaLift Navigation lowers X50 Ultra height to 3.5 in, allowing it to navigate under furniture easily. The AI camera with LED guidance in tight spots ensures precise navigation and obstacle avoidance.
- Restore Your Home without Tangles: Tackle hair tangles by managing long hairs up to 11.8 in with the new DuoBrush system. Its air duct design flings and up hair while using two separate brushes to provide a quiet, deep clean to floors.
- Attack Dust with Quiet Suction: Up to 20,000Pa Vormax suction is powered by our sixth-generation TurboForce motor, X50 Ultra delivers large pickup, including cat litter, crumbs, and more. Pair standout suction with our quiet-focused fluid-dynamic design for a peaceful, thorough clean.
- Tackle Messes in Corners: X50 Ultra extends both brush and mop to reach corners and low spaces under furniture. The redesigned brush minimizes hair tangling, ensuring a thorough clean in areas most vacuums miss.
- Proper Care for Your Carpets: Five tailored modes allow you to take better care of your carpets. Remove mops, avoid carpets, and boost suction are just a few of the many options you have to customize your clean for spotless, protected results.
- Only support 2.4G WiFi, FOR USA USE ONLY.
