I also have POTS, so getting drinks that can increase my electrolytes if I’m starting to feel like I’ll pass out that don’t taste horrible has been rough. When I had the flu these were the only things that I could keep down, and have a very light taste. I love having them for backup in case I’m feeling sick or faint.
