The quality seemed fine, and if it would have fit, looked like it would work to keep my puppy from eating the acorns all over my yard, which was my goal. ### ⭐ Most Difficult Return Process *by K***Y on August 28, 2024* The muzzle fit my dog but it doesn’t stay on properly as he was able to continue taking it off. There are also no directions sent with the package and the process to keep the muzzle “secure” is the most strange thing i’ve ever seen.I requested a return through Amazon and sent the items back in original packaging received my money but was charged AGAIN and sent a new muzzle..despite me stating that I wanted a REFUND. Not a replacement. I am now returning the second package where I attached the original Proof of Delivery receipt and stated that I only wanted a refund BUT now my refund status on Amazon says a replacement is being sent. HELLO!! I don’t want a replacement. I also can’t get in contact with the actual seller to communicate this with them. So annoying ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ the head piece is too big. *by J***T on December 30, 2024* It works good, our dog stays cool and doesn’t over heat when breathing , the muzzle fits around our dogs mouth just fine but with the top completely tightened, it’s not big enough so when at the vet I have to hold it for extra precaution. a smaller size would not have fit around her mouth , but the head piece is just too big.
