The only complaint (minor), is the strap. If you decide to carry a firearm, the bag will be heavy enough to dig into your shoulder. They should provide a short sliding pad for longer usage. I'm sure I can find something on Amazon. The bag has the perfect layout and room for all my personal items....earbuds, medications, knife, flashlight, phone, wallet (protected from rfid), and a few extras. I love the quick pull zippers. I can be on target in about 2 seconds and the velcro holster perfectly protects the trigger from unintended contact. Overall an excellent concept and everyone I show it to wants one for themselves.
