**Q: From pictures it looks like the arms are extendable, how short can it go? For where i wanted to place this i dont have 2.5'.**
A: Shortest length from arm end to arm end is 14 inches.

A: if the charging panel is not in sunlight most of the day, it doesn't work

A: Hi Wendy. The device is lightweight and can be easily moved. It must not be submerged so you might have to place it on a platform when the kids at ju'ing.  Whatever that is.  If it's a favorite with pigeons you might expect to spen some time fine tuning your placement. Pigeons are stubborn but this device can keep them at bay if properly deployed.

**Q: Does it come with suction cups? If not, what size screws fit on legs so can order correct size screw on suction cups?**
A: The bird repeller does not come with suction cups. The mounting hole size is 3/16" or 4 MM.
