Cons: If you gloss over the instructions like I did, you're going to have a rough time with assembly. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, but analyze each picture and read all instructions for each step FULLY before going to assemble. This coat rack will have several pieces that are identical to one another that must be used in different ways. It's easy to switch pieces around to where they shouldn't be. I've assembled several very cheap pieces of furniture where screw holes don't quite align right, but this is NOT the case with this coat rack. If you have to force it to fit right, you're doing it wrong. The screws go in very easily. Well it is a nice piece but the instructions were anything but a slam dunk for a piece with so few parts. Not fun trying to decipher them. The funny part is they give you a pair of gloves to 'protect your hands'. Cute. Also the included hardware seemed to be different from what was supposed to be included. The bottom line is: the instructions were not good and not in a clear, concise way.
