So far this accomplished the first two criteria, but really hurts is it gets near my eyes. I'm not taking a star off for that because this product is a chemical sunscreen and is not marketed as not stinging around eyes. If you can deal with that or have a good workaround for it, you might like this. I'm probably going to use it as yet another body sunscreen while I continue searching for something else for my face.

I have pretty oily skin and this product is very good compared to the others I have tried previously. It absorbs my facial oil pretty well for most of the day, but after like 6hr your skin will start to have reflect a little and after like ~9hr my skin did become oily to an extent. But it was not as bad as other sunscreens . This sunscreen does leave a white cast and a pretty visible one if you don't blend it in very well.
