I have ordered this multiple times and each time it is shipped intact and comes with a far out expiration date so I can take my time and plan to use it. Even just a simple salad of cucumbers and this white miso is delicious. If you want a heavy, bold miso, this is not the product for you, but I find it the most useful of all the misos in my kitchen.

Delicious. This is delicious miso and every recipe that I have used it in turns out delicious. In my opinion the flavor is mild and sweet umami.
